Messi’s PSG contract expires in June, at the end the current season. The Argentine’s next destination has been linked to a number clubs. Messi is reportedly interested in making a sensational return to FC Barcelona, his boyhood team.
According to reports, PSG have presented a contract extension for Messi. Messi, however, has not accepted PSG’s offer. Kylian Mbappe, a PSG star, is not ready to leave his current teammate Messi. Mbappe reportedly tries to convince Messi to extend his stay in the French capital. Kylian is said to believe that Messi still has a lot to do at the Parisian club.
The French striker will have to see if he can convince his Argentinean counterpart to continue to provide his services to PSG after this summer. Or is this the last season Messi will wear a PSG shirt?

PSG can breathe a sigh of relief now that Neymar Jr. has returned to the Paris Saint-Germain training centre. He was accompanied by members of the medical staff at the club and the surgeons that operated on him. On Thursday, his protective boot was removed.
Neymar can now continue his rehab in Paris after receiving positive results from his tests. The Brazilian was stretchered out of PSG’s Ligue 1 match against Lille on 19th February. The club had initially been optimistic about Neymar returning. Doctors recommended that he undergo surgery to repair the ligaments of his ankle. Neymar was ruled out of the season.
Neymar scored 11 goals in Ligue 1 and had 13 assists, all within 20 appearances this season. This news must have brought some relief to PSG, since Neymar’s performance for them has been excellent this season. The club will win the Ligue 1 championship for a second time. Galtier’s team has suffered a serious dip in performance and form. However, the return of Neymar could give the team the boost they need.
